Welcome exchange and subsequently one way video call (≈20-60 minutes, optional)

Quick check-in to understand your current situation, clarify practical questions, and provide overview of expectations. Thereafter and optional, one-way video interview, duration based on role complexity.

Step 2:
Personal Interview
(≈60 minutes)

In addition to the one way video call, detailed feedback on answers in the video call and conversation about experience, motivations, and ambitions. Space for career path reflection while we gain deeper understanding of your strengths and development areas.

Step 3:
Structured Assessment (≈45-90 minutes, role-dependent and optional)

Professional assessment, providing objective, structured view of your profile. Offers clear, external perspective on your standing and potential next steps.

Step 4:
Further interviews with our client

Further interviews with our client. The number and format of interviews depend on the role and the client's internal process. You will receive detailed briefing from us before each interview stage. We stay in close contact throughout the process and keep you informed at every step.
