Pricing & Guarantee

We are transparent: the following pricing applies to roles in Wealth Management and Asset Management. For FinTech roles, our fee is reduced by 2 percentage points. For Private Equity roles, pricing is available on request. The fee is calculated on base salary plus expected bonus. We offer a guarantee of up to 9 months, never less than 6 months. Our fees are typically below most competitors’, and our guarantee terms are more generous. We’re able to do this because we run a highly efficient, largely automated search process and pass those efficiency gains on to clients. We focus on presenting only candidates who are a genuine fit, so outcomes are strong and sustainable. In short: we price for performance—and we stand behind the results.
